I'd like to know whether the following sentence sounds natural to you:

Could you tell them to stop sending you our correspondence? We've tried to talk to them many times about it but, alas, you seem to still keep receiving it!

The bold part doesn't sound right to me at all. I think it's just "overkill". I'd reword it as:
1. ... you seem to keep receiving it!
2. ... you seem to still be receiving it!

Am I right?

Is A sending B's correspondence to C? (If I was B I'd want to know how that could happen.) Perhaps:

We've talked to them many times about it, but it keeps happening.

Sorry for the late reply.

The situation is the property management company once mixed up my email with my neighbor's and they've been sending my bills to the wrong address ever since. The management company was reluctant to fix the issue, that's why my neighbor was kind enough to go ahead and forward to-me-dedicated-bills to my email address as soon as they come. One day we thought we'd managed to convince the management company to get all this right but, alas, last month my bills were again sent to the neighbor and not me.
In the email above, I'm asking the neighbor to get in touch with the property management company and ask them to the correspondence address once again.

Hopefully it makes sense.

Thank you for your suggestion.

The fix is simple. They need to send your mail to you.

Have you called them on the phone? (I know that might seem old-fashioned, but it might work.)

Did you pay any attention to post #2? (I especially wanted you to notice what I left out.)

Go straight to the point. Try this:

You have been sending my emails to the wrong email address. I have spoken to your staff about the matter many times but to no avail.

Wrong email address : xxxx
Correct email address : xxxx

I hope you can get the mistake fixed once and for all.

OP said he has spoken to them many times but it didn't work.

If he is talking to his neighbor he is talking to the wrong person. He might tell them that if they don't get it straightened out he will have to move.
