it is true to use ''lest it should come true.
Lest is followed by the subjunctive tense. It means 'in order that ...should (not) + verb. So it should, in this case be 'come true'. The negative is built into the word 'lest' so another negative should not be used in the same expression (lest it negate the original meaning).
