dear juan it was so nice to get your letter and to hear that you are
going to study in bradford too im sure youll have a wonderful time
about living quarters there i found there are quite a few options in my
years there i lived in student halls a shared house and then a studio
flat they were all quite old and needed maintenance from time to time
but there were no major problems the best way to search for
somewhere to live is through the university accommodation office they
have a list of places which are happy to accept students and can give
you some more tips although most options youll be offered are okay be
sure not to choose a b&b this is because they have no proper shared
spaces and so youll be stuck in your tiny room hope that helps if
you need more info drop me a line anytime best alex

dear sir or madam i am writing with regards to my companys recent
oneday meeting in your hotel in general we were very satisfied with the
venue we would like to thank you for the great service and to
compliment you on the décor and equipment despite our generally good
impression of your facilities there was one aspect which did not meet
what we had expected unfortunately the food had clearly been left
uncovered and unheated for longer than is acceptable since it had gone
cold and in the worst cases was becoming discoloured in order to
improve the food situation my main recommendation would be to check
with the participants exactly what time the food will be needed in
addition some of the foodstuffs can be kept heated with hotplates etc i
hope this information is of assistance in improving your hotel should you
require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me
yours faithfully a case mr

Dear Juan,
It was so nice to get your letter, and to hear that you are going to study in Bradford too. I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time!
About living quarters there, I found there are quite a few options. In my years there, I lived in student halls, a shared house, and then a studio flat. There were all quite old and needed maintenance from time to time, but there were no major problems.
The best way to search for somewhere to live is through the university accommodation office. They have a list of places which are happy to accept students, and can give you some more tips.
Although most options you’ll be offered are okay, be sure not to choose a B&B. This is because they have no proper shared spaces, and so you’ll be stuck in your tiny room.
Hope that helps. If you need more info, drop me a line anytime.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regards to my company’s recent one-day meeting in your hotel.
In general, we were very satisfied with the venue. We would like to thank you for the great service, and to compliment you on the décor and equipment.
Despite our generally good impression of your facilities, there was one aspect which did not meet what we had expected. Unfortunately, the food had clearly been left uncovered and unheated for longer than is acceptable, since it had gone cold and in the worst cases was becoming discoloured.
In order to improve the food situation, my main recommendation would be to check with the participants exactly what time the food will be needed. In addition, some of the foodstuffs can be kept heated with hotplates, etc.
I hope this information is of assistance in improving your hotel. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully,
