Present Continuous collaborative drawing

Choose one of the topics below and take turns telling the next person what to draw on that scene with Present Continuous sentences like “A police officer is climbing a tree and eating a banana”, “It is hailing” and “The sun is shining”. Try to make the most interesting picture that you can.

Look at someone else’s picture and try to describe what is happening. They will tell you if you say something wrong.

Explain the most interesting parts of your picture to the class so they can vote on the most interesting picture in the class.

Change partners and do the same with another place from above.

Change partners again. Do the same but with questions and answers, with the person who will draw asking the question each time:
