Relationships vocabulary bluff

Choose one of the cards below. Speak about that person for as long as you can, using your imagination if you don’t really know that kind of person (or animal), or telling the truth if they really exist. Maybe after asking for more details, your partner will guess if you are telling the truth (about someone who you know such as someone in your family) or if you are lying (about someone who you totally imagined).

Without looking above, together brainstorm family members and other relationships.

 

Try to describe each person with possessive S, e.g. “My grandfather is my father’s father or my mother’s father”. Many other people and descriptions not above are possible.
