Verbs and adverbs of frequency bluff
A LESSON PLAN FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS
Fun Present Simple practice in which students make true and false personal statements about how often they do things to match the cards they take, and guess if their partner is lying or not.
Lesson Plan Content:
Verbs and adverbs of frequency bluff
Choose two cards and use them in a personal statement like “I always cook eggs in the morning”. If you can’t think of a true sentence, say something imaginary. After follow-up questions, your partner will guess if the statement is true. Then take turns doing the same.
