Hello,
since yours is a formal letter, the blue words should be capitalised to match your formal tone.

I'm not sure about the word "ward" - is it the same as "son"? The red "me" should read "I". "Attent an important meeting" or "conduct an important assignment". u should be you.

Be careful the the spacing between paragraphs.
