Please check my email letter to the Bank.... Thanks

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we have submitted the 2 sets of original shipping documents ( Sharq Farma & Flores D Farm – Uzbekistan ) for onward dispatch to consignee’s bank on dated 23.07.2009.

Please confirm the dispatch of documents along with DHL tracking number at your earliest as consignments have been reached at the destination.

Looking forward for prompt action.

some materials you pay for but lots of free stuff plus i hear that from Septemeber they are intoducing some kind of correction service for emails , letters etc. Take a look.
