[General] request letter to home office

help wanted
is been a year since i applied a visa extention,and am still under consitration process. i found a job and they recuire me to bring my document. all my documents are in home office. i need to request if they can sent my document or a letter which i show to my employer

i need someone to hlp me writing a latter

You must have some kind of reference number for your case and contact number at the Home Office department concerned. Contact the case officer in charge of your application by telephone, explain your problem and ask for copies of your documents and an explanatory letter to be sent to you.
