Thank you for your reply to my emails.
I made claim repayment of the ammount due to me for the year ended 5 April 2009.
I have sent missing certificate from the benefits office.I hope you received it.
Then please review my case. If attached forms you arleady have will turn out enough to finish this process I would like repayment to be made to my bank account.
When my qualifications were regarded as insufficient I want ask about advice or any directions what I should to do when I am not in UK.
