I. One (1) Electrical Engineer: (a.) licensed & professional engineer
(b.) minimum experience of at least 5 years
(c.) expose in construction and design
(d.) ex- abroad is x factor
(e.) experience in low and medium voltage

II. One (1) Architectural Engineer: (a.) licensed & professional engineer
(b.) minimum experience of at least 5 years
(c.)expose in supervision and design
(d.) former abroad is advantage
(e.)knowledgeable in autocad, 3D Max and MS offices
applications
