This is my first thread and i really really need your help!
I have to write urgently an email to an American University and I need to know if what I wrote is correct.

This is the email:

Dear Sir,

My name is .. , I am an Italian undergraduate student of University of Rome.

I am applying to the scholarship for extraEuropean interantional mobility,
I read about the agreement that your university has signed with University of Rome and It would be an onore for me to spend a semestrer at your University.

I am writing to ask for more information.

I read that to be accepted to your University, students must have TOEFL o IELTS score.
I would like to know if this requirement is also necessary for the program to which I am joining for.

I do not meet this requirement, but I obtained FCE on july 2009.
Is it ok,too?
