    Red face Formal letter to Internal Revenue Service

    Can someone help me draft a letter to IRS stating that i authorise some other person to act on my behalf for claiming my tax refund. I finished my visa and back to my country. Thanks

    You probably want a general power of attorney. It would be best if you had a lawyer construct one for you as these letters tend to be fairly specific.
