E.g A teacher ask you to write a letter to a news agent about the pros and cons of tourisim in your country.
How will you go about that please.

You really don't want to write about the cons, as the cons are not the best parts of a thing. You want to write about the pros - the best part.

A good form to use is -

Dear XXX,

I would like to tell you some great things about XXX.
1. We have ZZZ
2. There is the great VVV at UUU
3. Many tourists enjoy (swimming, eating, dancing) at III
4. Our new tourist agency is ready to assist tourists by .......
5. I'm sure that you will be interested in the development at LLL

When you have listed the wonderful things to be found in your country, you conclude by giving a short summary of your main points. Next, you say goodby.
