I am wondering about "constructive feature", not sure it make sense...

If I were you, I would write like this.

"My goal is to work as a program manager in an international NGO that promotes better rights for children. In this regard, I see gaining experience of working on proposals and writing reports as a productive feature."

"...I regard gaining the experience of proposal and report writing as a constructive feature."

"Constructive feature" makes sense, but it is of value to you and not to the NGO.

I would change it to something like this, "The experience in proposal and report writing that I will gain will be a positive benefit to XXX.
