Please send me more information on your (the name of the product)
    5. Enquiry about pricing and samples

Would you advise mewhich title is better to use in the mail?

I have also some diferent text for the mesages:

    1. We would like to know more about the products your firm offers.
Please provide to us, a price list, along with your terms and conditions of sale, applicable discounts and additional sales and corporate policies for the following products:

would appreciate receiving your wholesale price list and
information regarding terms and ordering policy for the following products:

Would you advise mewhich text is better to use for asking information and price for a product?

I think to the mesage to finish with:

#4 seems to be the best.

I think to the mesage to finish with:

    1. We look forward to your prompt response. 2. Waiting for your soonest reply.
    3. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Either #1 or #3.

Also which finishing text is better for the end of the mesage?

    Thanks to all.

If you are going to do a lot of e-mailing to suppliers you might want to get a copy of Tagkeys. This is a free program that you can download from the Internet. With Tagkeys you can write a letter and store it. When you want to send the letter via e-mail, all you have to do is address the e-mail and select the letter from a list. The program will insert the subject line and the letter for you. You can find more about this program from Tagkeys . The standard version is free. For about $20.00 (USD) you can buy more features - though I never had the need for the extras.

Thumbs down Re: Help for one business letter

No, no, no! That way is impossible to enrich his/her composition.

    To begin with:
We are firming to import goods to Bulgaria from...
I would like to make a good business letter to ask for firms to their products. I have got various ways to write the title, the main body and the closing remarks. Could you advise me which one is the best?

Personal comment: I would like to know who teaches you English. It is a shame to have such mistakes while having this level of English. Please, study more or revise what you have written instead of trying to teach somebody things that you do not know. There are other people that are specialised in the language and that know how to explain it.

I am unsure of who you are directing your comments to. The company is not "firming" anything. His company is a firm. It was not important to edit his first comments as they did not represent his questions. Since you seem to be conversant with English, tell me how you "make a letter" and "ask for firms to their products"?
