Plz help me write a formal request letter sending to my boss. He promises me that he will assigned me a new position after I finish my project. Now the project is ending and I want to remind him about that. I want to set an appointment with him to discuss about it.
Here is my raw letter, plz help me to correct and modify it so that my boss can fully understand what I want to tell him.

    "Dear sir,
It has been a long time since our first meeting. As your suggestion, I had worked for ABC project for about 6 month as a member of EF team. That's was a great pleasure for me to working here and I gained a great deal of experience with this role.
Now the project is almost closed, so I think it comes to the time we disscuss about my next role in our company. As I already told you before,my goal is to working in a more tecnical environment and the role of integration engineer should suit me more..
Plz let me know the time and date that suit you,
    Thanks and best regard

    "Dear sir,
It has been a long time since our first last meeting. As per your suggestion, I had have worked for on the ABC project for about 6 six months as a member of the EF team. That's was It has been a great pleasure for me to working work here and I gained a great deal of experience with this role.

    1. Put a space after a punctuation mark.
    2. I would use "last meeting" since it was the last time you met with the person. The last meeting could also have been the first meeting.

Now that the project is almost closed completed, so I think it comes to the is time we disscussed about my next role in our the company. As I already told you before, my goal is to working work in a more tecnical technical environment and the role of integration engineer should suit me more.

Exclamation Re: Formal letter to the boss for requesting new position

I believe it is more appropriate to write: "Since I have already told you..." instead of saying "As I already told you..."

It is more eloquent and really appeals to the person that is reading. The Present Perfect, as well as the Passive Voice, are the most formal ways to express respect and politeness.

    I wish you the best...

"As I already told you before, my goal is to working work in a more tecnical technical environment and the role of integration engineer should suit me more."

"Since I have already told you", does not work in the sentence. The "As" refers to "my goal". In addition, "Since I have already told you", has the sense of a threat in it. Since this has happened - this will happen. As I told you - this is what I told you. A better way to write this passage is - "You may remember that my goal is to work in a more technical..."
