Please note that defective allowance were quarterly deducted and sent by ABC Company already. However, see enclosed electronic postings from ABC A/R postings.

Regarding Markdown to Zero’s deduction, previously sent by ABC company. Contact your accounting dept as we do not have copies, only electronic posting.
