Please be informed that Engr. JOHN SMITH is no longer In – Charge of Operation of the company effective to date – 5 July 2010.
Momentarily, all the communications concerning on the daily operations of your respective project site shall be directly addressed to _________________.
Further advisory pertaining on this matter will follow.

My understanding: Engr. JOHN SMITH will not be taking care of the operations anymore. On contrast, you have used "momentarily" in the second paragraph. Instead, you could use "Going forward."
