I assume that this note was written so that Mr. Shanz would be able to clear documents in customs. If you are going to write to people outside of your area, I would suggest not using the word "needful" in the sense that you have used it. Needful is generally understood (at least in the US) to mean something or someone that is full of need - the needful want food.
