Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter to you, about that noise from my house flats. It also you had been informed me by a letter. As you know, my elder son, who has been studying traditional music and he follows a university course of fine arts. So, he has his final practical examination on yesterday. Hence, last days he was playing his musical instruments for practice.

I am really sorry, about that noise. I am apologizing your family and you about that situation. I know your younger daughter, who is studying for her 1st semester examinations. Please give my apologize to her, about disturbance that we had made.

At the movement, my son has already finished his final examination and no any noise from our house flat. Furthermore, I am planning to find a another place for practice for my elder son, because he wants to extend his studies.

Again I am telling you, sorry to have caused these problems.
