    Default Writing a bussines letter

    Even though in a cover letter using the first person is allowed still why is it a rule to not use more than three times "Is" in a cover letter?

    Well, my teacher said that is a rule to avoid using it. Its allowed to refer to yourself but you should avoid it..., why is that?
