I want to request to our Manager to change the travel agency because of the high rate and delay- please find below.

We have been dealing with M/s…. Travels since long time for booking our employees airline tickets. Nowadays, we are finding difficulties in dealing with M/s…….. due to the delay in getting ticket confirmation. And also their rates are not competitive. Therefore, I would like to request you to change this travel agency to another. We have received good offer from a new travel agency called M/s... We have inquired about this agency and found their rates are more competitive than our existing Travel agency. Please find attached credit facility form for the new travel agency.
