    Exclamation Letter of appeal to NUS university

    Greeting everyone
    I've already had an exam to university but i'm afraid of failing this exam. I want to enroll in NUS university in Singapore, but the appication form (online) has been closed. So I decide to write a letter of appeal to NUS but I don't know how to write. Please help me, it's URGENT. It's my last chance.
