| [U]This is to bring to your kind notice that I had requested the settlement of my family status. Now I am extremely sad to inform that I have not received a favourable response from your side so far. This is just to remind you my request as I have been serving your company for more than five years. In advance I express my profound gratitude and from my family also if you take a prompt action. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time. I feel confident of receiving a favourable and helpful reply. Yours faithfully, Akbar[/U i have to submit this letter soon. pls reply as soon as possible. |

| Who are you writing to? If you're writing to a native speaker, I think the tone is wrong. If it's a native speaker, I'd just write: Dear ..., I am writing to enquire about the settlement of my family status which I requested (date of earlier letter), and to ask whether this could be settled at your earliest convenience. Thanking you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you. |
