I want to inform the university that I will send my IELTS result with postpone because of my appeal process, so please help me to correct my letter.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you that my overall IELTS score was 6.5 (Listening: 7.0, Reading: 6.5, Writing: 5.5, Speaking: 7.0) but I appealed against my writing score on 13th of December. Therefore, at the moment I am not able to send my IELTS result. IELTS Institute announced that this procedure will be taken 6 to 8 weeks, so that as soon as I receive my test result, I will ask IELTS Institute to forward my IELTS result to Norwegian University of Science and Technology by 1st of March.
