BUSINESS LETTER
Hi,
I had a check with Ramesh Rajendran who is taking care of this incident.he said he needs to check with his manager regarding the issue and will get back to you on this.I have informed him that Adam wilkins needs the access at the earliest as he has to do some important training by today.
Thanks and Regards,
Service Desk.

Re: BUSINESS LETTER
Welcome to the forum, NirmalaCulli.
I asssume that you want us to check this letter and make corrections if necessary. It would be helpful if you made that clear.
I am not very good at proof-reading/correction, so I will leave that for others. I'll just say that you need to leave a space after a punctuation mark, and begin every sentence, and people's names, with a capital letter. I have underlined the three places where you need to check this.
