Dear Manager of Technotel
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mobile phone that I bought from your tax free shop located in Northbridge suburb a few days ago.
I started the phone, everything was fine. But when I wanted to take a picture, I noticed that its camera doesn’t work at all. I was very unhappy to see my new phone has such a problem. Then I returned the phone to the shop and asked for exchange with a new one. But your assistant said that you shod have checked all the parts before you take it to home. He behaved in a very insulting manner as if I had broken the camera and refused to take the phone back.
I am very disappointed with both your product and services especially your assistant. I expect a full refund of $200 as soon as possible. Besides, I suggest you to change your assistant before you lose all your customers.
