Please check...Don't have enough time....I really need help...

I have lost my Offer Letter for university and just have a copy of it.
I want the university director to certify a copy of it instead of the missing letter.Please check my letter and help me,thnx :-)I really don't know where I have left,but guess it was in stationery shop,,,,but no one found it there.

To whom it may concern,

Due to missing the main offer letter because of leaving in a stationery shop ,I would appreciate if you could certify this copy of my offer letter.
