I want to write a letter to my boss requesting to recruit two cleaners- please see below-

As you are aware that we have hired two cleaners from outside cleaning company to clean our office premises. We are using their service for the last one year. At present, we are paying AED.2, 150/- per head to the cleaning company. Now they have increased their rate effective from July 01, 2012. I have already informed that the new rate will not be acceptable for us as such our contract will be terminated with effect from June 30, 2012.

To meet our requirements , I kindly request you to get approval to recruit two cleaners.
