My name is Gilbert and i am from INDIA.I am working as an area sales manager for manjilas gorup of companies which having the brand name of Double Horse.We are mainly doing FMCG foods.

I would like to know how to make a product introduction letter to our customers such an impressive way.

Hello Gilbert,

I don't think you will like my answer but the first thing to consider is changing your name. I don't want to think about horses as having anything to do with my food!

As for a product introduction letter, your own conpany's marketing department should be able to help you with that. They will know your products' differentiators and how they fit in your market sector.
