Sir/ Madam

I am government employee at Board of intermediate and secondary education. I want to write a letter to the Principals of all schools/ Colleges affiliated to our Organization, to furnish there schools/ colleges.
So that we can easily conduct our forth coming examination.

I just want to desing letter in order to have good impression. i hope you have understood the message i am trying to convey.
