Please be informed that Capt Leonilo Orozco is still waiting for information about his lost baggage claim which he reported last year.

I don't know why you used "Capt Leonilo/Orozco" - in written English, that appears that the person has two possible names - they might be Capt Leonilo or they might be Capt Orozco. I have assumed it is a Spanish name and that these are the two family names. I have also assumed the Captain is male. If that's not the case, then change "his" to "her" and "he" to "she" in my version.

Note that "advise" is a verb. "Advice" is the noun, but we don't use it in the singular and "information" was a better noun in this example.
