I wonder if somebody revise the draft of a letter below:

"Dear Sirs,

In answer to your opening I’d like to propose myself as a candidate to the proposed vacancy of manager. Despite not entire accordance to the list of requirement I possess, in my opinion, key skills expected from the successful candidate, such as:

-Ongoing experience in the particular speciality
-Flexibility and intelligence at rather high level
-Responsible, responsive and sociable identity"

I would appreciate any worthwhile advice regarding the whole this message. Thanks
