Unhappy letter writing

sir,
please correct my mistakes.
Sir,
Respectfully I beg to state that my wife has been going through pregnancy and unfortunately, some complications have been diagnosed. Therefore, I have been advised to send my family as soon as possible.
Owing to this problem, I request you to renew my iquama at the earliest.
I hope to get a sympathetic response from your side to this genuine problem.
In advance, I express my gratitude with my family.
Yours faithfully,
akber
