I'm writing a letter to my "potential" employer. It's pretty complicated.......

Basically, I'm not even trying to get a job, I'm trying to gain some sort of experience. I walked into their pharmacy yesterday but the pharmacy manager weren't there. However the store manager was there to help me, he give me the pharmacy manager's email. Now I'm struggling on how my opening will be. On the qualification level, I give a 50/100. Im just trying to get an opportunity to get into the pharmacy.... I don't know how to start...... Could anyone give me some advice?
