Adressing More than One

I am currently writing a letter to the Board of Education and there's more then one woman on the Board, what is the correct way to address them? I also believe that more than one male is Messrs.?

You can't go wrong with Dear board members:. It is formal, polite, and not gender-specific.

You can also say "Dear Ladies and Gentlemen."

(Messrs. is used when you are addressing more than one male by the title of Mr., for example, "Dear Messrs. Smith and Jones.")
