| I would probably go for "Good evening, dear colleagues, dear friends, and honored guests", but with a small alteration: "Good evening, dear colleagues, friends and honored guests" This way, "dear" can be perceived to include everyone, while before it could be taken as "dear colleagues, dear friends and [hmm...not so dear?] honored guests" |
