Default Proper Salutation

I've just finished helping my new boss draft a short speech for the upcoming company Christmas party, but I am not too sure about the salutation. Could anyone please give me some ideas or advice? I was thinking something like the following:

- Good evening, everyone from the company, honored guests, and dear friends....... or

- Good evening, dear colleagues, dear friends, and honored guests..... or

- Good evening, all company staff, honored guests, and dear friends.......

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Default Re: Proper Salutation

I would probably go for "Good evening, dear colleagues, dear friends, and honored guests", but with a small alteration:

"Good evening, dear colleagues, friends and honored guests"

This way, "dear" can be perceived to include everyone, while before it could be taken as "dear colleagues, dear friends and [hmm...not so dear?] honored guests"
