| Dear Sir/Madam. I work for a GP and we do a lot of TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN letters and I never know whether the title should be included. The GP always finishes the letter ... Signed and then her name. Can you help please? |

| Welcome, Ob1 As an open document, not directed to a specific person, these letters are headed TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and there is no direct greeting. The text follows without one.
