Default Question about Formal Letter writing

In my salutation, what would I write if I was addressing more than one person and I know the names to all of the persons that I am addressing? Thanks

If there are a number of people, it really is better to send each one a letter addressed only to him or her.

If there are two, then Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms xxxx and Professor yyyyy
