Default letter correction

Dear Teachers,

Please correct the following letter:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I write this letter on behalf of one of my friend. She would like to move to ireland but she has a problem with jobseeking. She hardly speaks English but her German is quite good, because she graduated from the Goethe Institute in Germany. She worked as babysitter for two years in Dusseldorf.
After high school she studied psychology and computer network maintenance and has a very strong computer skills.
She could work in a crèche or a kindergarten.
Is it possible to find her job with this skills?

Plase give us advise.

Yours Faithfully,
Charles Storm

No, I'm going to send this to employment agencies, but even my English isn't good enough.
