This is to inform you that our truck driver Mr.x requested us to provide
a air conditioning facility in our truck as it is very difficult to drive the
vehicle without A/C during this summer season.

He has been driving this vehicle without A/C since joined as driver.

Nowadays the weather is too bad and also he says that he can't drive this vehicle without A/C as he is getting severe headache and other discomforts

Under this circumstances I would request you look into the matter and kindly do the needful at the earliest

Our driver, Mr X, has complained frequently about headaches and discomfort when driving our truck, owing to the heat during the summer. He has asked that air conditioning be installed in the driver's cab of the vehicle he drives. He has been a valued employee and I would be grateful if you can organise this as soon as possible.
