| I am writing a business letter to inform customers and suppliers about changes in our company. May I use "Dear business friends" as it is usually said in my native language? Is such expression common in English or do English native speakers prefer another one? Thanks, Marketa |

| It is not usual. It would be usual to create a letter template which is then sent to each existing customer and supplier by name through Mail Merge. |
