Default Letter line spacing

What is the appropriate spacing in a letter between:

date and name/address
name/address and salutation
salutation and letter body
letter body and closing
closing and sender name

Thank you for your help!

Some of this depends on how much one has to put on a page.

A short letter usually gets more spacing to help it fill a page. A long letter might get less to save having a few lines on a second page.

I use:

date and name/address 1-2
name/address and salutation 1-2
salutation and letter body 1
letter body and closing 1-3
closing and sender name 1-3
