Recommendation of parts assembly

I would be grateful if someone can help to correct my letter as below



Dear Director

As a burst of parts assembly for air conditioner are found at ABC building in Nov 2007, the air conditioer is unable to operate at full capacity in this moment and is already put in to lowest priority operation amongst the 3 air conditioners. In order to maintain adequate standby capacity, replacement of the parts assembly is recommended.

Two (2) contractors of SSS & EEE are invited to quote the captioned work under same scope of work.

Based on the same scope of works, SSS and EEE are also the lowest grand total price. SSS is recommeded to award the work with reference to past satisfactory performance. A copy of aforesaid quotes are attached for ease reference and approval.
