I am writing to convey our deep appreciation to

member of ABC Environmental Club

in recognition of

his dedicated effort and contributions during our

“(Title of the event)”

charity event for (an organisation) held on Saturday, 30th February 2008.

Without his whole-hearted participation and assistance,

I believe the event would not have been

so successful and perfect.
