Default Jeopardize service due to malfunction sensors

I would be grateful if someone could comment my letter as below

Dear Project Manager
As reported by our Technician of QQQ, the malfunction pressure sensors of refrigerator at FFF is still not yet rectified due to be out of stock and require about 1 month delivery times replied on site. That means the defect work will be rectified till the new sensor has stock in local supplier. The present arrangement is totally unacceptable and exist potential risks of interrupting to the operation of building. Please instruct project contractor (ABC) to seize every opportunity to rectify the defect within 5 days and provide technician to standby on site 24hrs until the refrigerator resumed as normal in order not to jeopardize the service of building.

Dear Project Manager
As reported by the QQQ Technician, the malfunction pressure sensors of the refrigerator at FFF is still not yet rectified due to out-of-stock parts and the requirement of at least a 1 month delivery time. That means the defective machine will not be rectified until the new sensor is in stock at the local supplier.

The present arrangement is totally unacceptable and the potential risk of interruption to the operation of the building exists. Please instruct project contractor (ABC) to take every opportunity to rectify the defect within 5 days. In order not to jeopardize the service of the building, also provide an on-site technician to be on 24 hr. standby until the refrigerator has resumed its normal status.

Many thanks

I have an idea about the delivery times. I would like to emphasis the time is shipping. can i say " ... shipping delivery time."

and also "...take every opportunity (such as shipment by air)..."

Do you have any comment?

Yes, you can add those to your sentences.

Also - "rectify" means to "make correct"

You can used "repair" also.
