please help write a formal letter to my english teacher explainging to her that i need to skip leval 8 and just go to level nine. i have taken english since nursery school and i even did IGCSE and SAT.

In that case, you should be able to put a letter together quite easily. Draft one and post it for our comments. Say in the letter what you would say to the person. Do not forget to use correct capitalization and punctuation to show that you know them.
