Dear teachers and friends,
Scenario: when you surf internet this morning, you found something interesting. Scholarship to further study in engineering, part time or full time. Write an email to ask about the scholarship.
Am I miss anything important here? Anything else to ask? Thanks for your advice.Dear John,

I’m interested to join the scholarship training. For your information, I have experience in engineering for more than 5 years. Herewith I attached my resume for your reference.
If there is anything else, please let me know.
Your kind co-operation and assistance would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.
Best regards,

Yes, I believe your email would be OK, but I would include a request for "an Application Form and further details".
PS Just for information- A "Dear John" letter is what you would get if you weren't accepted for the Scholarship Programme! Your intent is, however, clear in this instance.
