As per your request for quotation analysis of the replacement work, the final lump sum prices offered by contractors are shown as follows:

Contractor A: 1000, Less 1 percent, final cost 900
Contractor B: 2400, Less 2 percent, final cost 1920
Contractor C: 4600

In view of the reduction offered by the contractors, the lowest quotation was contractor A. My recommendation is based on not only the quotation prices offered by contractor A and also has completed similar work in past.

Contractor A: 1000. Less 1 percent: final cost 900
Contractor B: 2400 Less 2 percent: final cost 1920
Contractor C: 4600

With the reductions offered by two of the contractors, the lowest quotation is from Contractor A. My recommendation therefore of Contractor A is based both on having the lowest quotation, and also in view of similar work he has completed in the past.
